Activities on Site
Visitors can enjoy a relaxing time at the pool whilst watching game that visit the waterhole. Walking trails in the reserve can either be self-guided or with a knowledgable guide. Bird enthusiasts will enjoy the abundance of birdlife in the area from either the comfort of the decks or on foot.
Self-catering guests can enjoy preparing a braai on the outside gas braai or be indulged by the lodge's chef.
The main activity, however should be that of relaxation!

Rooms
Bushwillow consists of three luxury units linked by raised wooden walkways which conveniently lead from the central entertainment area to the bedrooms on either side of it.

"Tambotie" has a king-sized extra length bed and with its floor to ceiling sliding windows and doors guests feel as if they are sleeping outside.

The quality of the furnishings reminds you that comfort is at hand. An ideal honeymoon suite.

"Marula" has two bedrooms separated by a very pleasant lounge area. The beds can be made up as either king-size or twin. Otherwise, the ambience is similar to that of Tambotie.

The en-suite bathrooms are spacious with hand made twin basins set in a beautiful and original, solid wood vanity. The frameless shower and freestanding cast iron bath makes for a tasteful mixture of old and new.

Percale sheets, mohair blankets and quality towels ensure guest comfort.

The bedrooms have their own private deck areas which allow guests to sit outdoors and enjoy an early morning cup of tea or a quiet evening sundowner. They are also an ideal place for privacy and game spotting.
