Summer Hill Guest Farm is ideally situated for exploration of the Breede River Valley and Route 62. A friendly welcome, a relaxed home from home stay on a grape farm in the mountainous Brandwacht Valley behind Worcester. Choose from 6 fully equipped charmingly decorated units sleeping 1 - 6 people with private entrances and off street parking.

Worcester is one of the most beautiful creations with its mountainous landscape and offers far more activities than you can keep yourself busy with. It is truly a paradise for the nature lover and the sports enthusiast.

Summerhill Farm offers an excellent country breakfast in the Guests "Summer House" overlooking the pool. Luncheon picnic baskets are available on request. The Summer House has a fully equipped kitchen, braai/barbecue and pizza oven which can be used by guests on request.

Accommodation

All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, air conditioners and tea and coffee making facilities. The guest lounge and dining room which leads on to the pool has a fireplace, television, snooker table, an honesty bar and a kitchen for tea and coffee. A thatch covered patio is also available for breakfast, lazy days or sundowners.

	Robins Nest is an elegant double room with a garden view. This room is situated within the main house and has a victorian bathroom en suite.


					Eagles Loft is a family suite which can accommodate five guests. It contains a double bed and a single bed. It has a spiral staircase leading to the loft which has two single beds. It has a bathroom en suite with shower and bath and has an open plan lounge. This family room has a private entrance with access from the farm house veranda.


					Porcupine Place is a separate cottage which can accommodate three guests ands has it's own veranda. It has a double bed and a single bed with a bathroom en suite and an open plan lounge. It also has a private entrance.


					Pool View is a single room with a bathroom en suite. It has a separate entrance off the veranda and overlooks the pool.



					These two cottages can accommodate two people each, either in double or twin beds. It has bathrooms en suite with showers. A fully equipped kitchen with dining table and couch Private entrance and deck with mountain views.

Directions

When traveling from Cape Town, take the N1 highway towards Paarl. Through the tunnel and then stay on the N1 till you arrive in Worcester. At the first set of traffic lights turn to the left to Worcester West/Brandwacht. Drive for 4 km past the houses and into the farmlands and Summerhill is on the right. ________________________________________ When traveling from Johannesburg on the N1 highway towards Cape Town. When arriving in Worcester take the third (last) Worcester turn off to the right into Worcester West/Brandwacht. This is at the 4th set of traffic lights. Drive for 4 km past the houses and into the farmlands and Summerhill is on the right. ________________________________________ ________________________________________ When traveling on Route 62 to Worcester from Robertson turn left at the first traffic lights into Hoogstraat (High street), drive till the end of the shopping area. At the traffic lights turn right into Trappies Street and continue driving until you reach the N1 highway. Cross over the N1 to Worcester West/Brandwacht. Drive for 4 km past the houses and into the farmlands and Summerhill is on the right.
